RETURN POLICY
Our goal at INL magnets is to ensure that you are delighted with your personalised photo magnets. In the event that your magnets arrive damaged or defective, we will happily offer a refund or replacement.

However, due to the personalised nature of our magnets, we cannot accept returns based on user error i.e low quality image upload, incorrect cropping etc.
​
Therefore, we strongly suggest each image is previewed and edited correctly before being submitted.
